البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع الاسم ورقم الموبايل وعنوان التوصيل والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، ونستخدم هذه البيانات لتنفيذ طلبك وتوصيله والتواصل معك بخصوصه فقط.

نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) وأدوات قياس إعلانية — مثل Meta Pixel — لتحسين إعلاناتنا وقياس أدائها.

Mesery VAT Delivery – Google API Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 3, 2026

Purpose

Mesery VAT Delivery is a private server integration used by Mesery to create Google Sheets containing VAT and related business records in a folder chosen in the authorized Google account’s My Drive.

Google data and permission

The integration requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file permission. This allows it to create and manage only files it creates or files explicitly used with it. It does not request broad access to all Drive files, Gmail, contacts, or other Google services.

Information processed

The integration processes OAuth access and refresh tokens, the selected Drive folder ID, identifiers of Sheets it creates, and the VAT or related business records supplied to the integration and written to those Sheets.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the authorized account, create and save the requested Sheets in the selected folder, manage those generated files when necessary, and maintain the security and reliability of the integration. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold. It is not disclosed to third parties except to Google APIs and hosting or infrastructure providers acting on Mesery’s behalf where necessary to operate the integration, or when disclosure is required by law.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in a restricted private server location outside the public web root and are retained until access is revoked or the integration is disabled. Generated Sheets remain in the authorized account’s Drive until the account owner deletes them. Other technical identifiers are retained only while needed to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the integration.

Security

Mesery uses access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect credentials and data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

User controls and deletion

The account owner can review or revoke the integration’s access through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future API access. Sheets already created remain in Drive until the owner deletes them. For privacy questions or requests concerning the integration, contact [email protected].

Google API Services User Data Policy

Mesery VAT Delivery’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This notice may be updated if the integration or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page.
